Knife Lake Getaway provides this website so guests can review available stays, request direct reservations, pay through Stripe Checkout, and access guest-stay information.
The website is the source of truth for direct-booking pricing, fees, taxes, discounts, and security deposit amounts shown during checkout.
Accounts And Contact Information
Guests must provide accurate name, email, phone, physical address, birthdate, guest count, and payment information.
If a guest creates an optional guest portal account, the password is used to access reservation information. Guests are responsible for keeping access private.
Knife Lake Getaway may contact guests about reservation status, payment, arrival details, safety, property access, deposit holds, damages, and post-stay follow-up related to the stay.
Payments And Stripe
Stripe hosts payment pages and processes card information. Payment is not complete until Stripe confirms the checkout.
A pending booking may be cancelled or released if payment is not completed, if the dates are no longer available, or if the booking requires manual review.
Stripe payment identifiers, checkout session identifiers, customer identifiers, and payment status may be stored with the reservation record.
