What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless a different time is approved in writing.

How does the security deposit hold work?

A refundable card authorization may be requested near arrival. It is a hold, not a normal charge, unless documented damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, or rule violations need to be captured.
